More Free Poems

Happy Sunday Everyone!  For many of us last week was our first week back to school and in Kindergarten that means reviewing rules, rules, and more rules!  (They come back and it seems everything we taught them has sunk in BUT they are so excited to be back they often forget to keep hand and feet to themselves, etc!)  So last week we did our rules poem... have you picked it up for free yet?

And next week we are going to be starting a unit on Arctic animals, so I also included the poems I will be using for those units too! 

These poems are great to reinforce repetitive reading, rhyming, and all sorts of reading skills.  But I like to use them for management!  Immediately after we clean up we say our weekly poem to capture their attention... if you have not tried it works great!
